At Hilton Worldwide, Dar led executive and organizational development across nine brands and 3,000 properties, driving CRM transformation, leadership growth, and global performance. His work helped multiple Hilton brands achieve consecutive J.D. Power awards for customer excellence.

As Executive-in-Residence for Oklahoma State University’s School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, he achieved a 98 percent post-graduate placement rate and integrated modern industry technology into curriculum. Later, as Vice President of Student Experience at OSU–OKC, he led partnerships with Amazon and the City of Oklahoma City to launch innovative workforce and scholarship programs that created 800 new jobs.
